The Program: Divers have the choice to workout from 1 to 5 days per week at 21/2 hours per day depending on their availability. Divers under the age of 13 have a choice of working out only 11/2 hours per day. Workouts include 1 hour of dryland training + 1/12 hours water work for 14 & over divers and 1/2 hour dryland training + 1 hour water work for 13 and under divers. Schedule: The schedule is posted each week (Sunday night) on the home page of this website Fees: Fees are based on the number of days and
amounts of time chosen. The fee structure is as follows: Insurance Fee Once yearly is $50.00
