Jeff has been coaching Age group and Senior diving in the Cleveland area for 36 years.  He was the Head Men's and Women's Diving Coach at Cleveland State University for 20 seasons.  During his coaching career, Jeff has coached 27 High School All American divers, Numerous Age group national finalists, a National Champion and several Senior national finalists.  He has also coached two Olympic Games qualifiers, two U.S. Senior National team members, 6 Collegiate All Americans, and a qualifier to the U.S. Olympic Team Trials.  Jeff most recently Coached the U.S. Senior National Team in Scotland & Spain.

Associate Coach:  John Ollila John coached High School diving at Berea High School for 30 years.  During his tenure his divers were finalists in Ohio State Diving competition on numerous occasions.  He has coached many High School All-Americans and is an inductee into the Berea High School Hall of Fame and the Ohio High School Swimming and Diving Hall of Fame.  As an AAU and U.S. Diving coach with the Berea Diving Club John has coached many National finalists.

Associate Coach: Chris Jones
This is Chris's fifth year coaching with JADE diving.  Out of high school Chris was a four year letter winner for Berea High School, District Champion and finished 6th in the Ohio State Meet as a senior. Chris was MVP and team captain for Berea and earned High School All-American honors in his senior season.  His best finish in the Horizon League Championships was 1st on 1M and 2nd on 3M in 2004, which earned him Diver of the Year.  Chris is an honor student in the Math curriculum at Cleveland State University. He is currently teaching Math at Firelands High School and is coaching the High School Swim Team.
