Workout for the week of 2-18-08

Monday 5:30 to 8:00 pm

Tuesday 3:30 to 5:30 pm (at Westlake)

Wednesday 5:30 to 7:30 pm (at Canton)

Thursday - State Meet at Canton

Girls - 7:45 am warm-up 9:00 am meet

Please check the website just prior to leaving for every workout to make sure things have not changed.

What do I need to do to compete in High School?

Duel meet
One voluntary dive from the announced group of that week.

First week – Forward group
Second week – Back group
Third week – Inward group
Fourth week – Twist group
Fifth week – Reverse (Gainer) group

These groups repeat in the same order for the remainder of the season.

5 optional dives representing 4 different groups

Total of 6 dives

Championship Meet
One voluntary dive from Forward, Back, Reverse (Gainer), Inward and Twist groups.

One optional dive from Forward, Back, Reverse (Gainer), Inward and Twist groups.

One additional dive from any of the 5 groups

Total of 11 dives
